Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. Flat-rate projects are 75% up front and 25% on completion. Government and state fees are included where noted.

Tax Preparation

Individual and self-employed tax returns, with your fee quoted before we file. No refund advances, no hidden fees.

Bookkeeping
From $334/month
Monthly bookkeeping with categorization, reconciliations, P&L and Balance Sheet by the 15th, and a year-end tax package.
Administrative Support
From $425/month or $45/hour

Payroll Support
From $150/month
Payroll support for your employees and contractors, so your team is paid right and on time.
Notary & Lien Waivers
From $10 per notarization
Florida Commissioned Notary Public, in office or mobile. We come to you. Lien waivers and releases prepared and tracked.

Vision · $559: everything in Foundation, plus Operating Agreement, W-9, bank account packet, local business tax receipt and a compliance calendar.
Favored Complete · $867: everything in Vision, plus sales tax registration, a DBA if needed, a 60-minute launch session and a 90-day check-in.
Add-ons: DBA filing, sales tax registration, workers’ comp exemption, S-Corp election, licenses & permits, annual report, amendments, insurance shopping.
Business framework: business email & domain, Google Business Profile, payment processing, QuickBooks setup, invoice templates, digital filing system.

Seed · from $334/mo: up to 2 accounts and 200 transactions a month.
Growth · from $667/mo: up to 4 accounts and 500 transactions, invoice & bill entry, A/R and A/P reports, monthly review call, 1099 tracking.
Harvest · from $1,167/mo: up to 6 accounts and 1,000 transactions, cash flow statement, budget vs. actual, sales tax tracking, priority replies.
Three ways to run it: you pay for QuickBooks, QuickBooks included, or our own FVC Books software. An “account” is each bank, credit card, loan or payment app. Catch-up and cleanup: $84/hour.

Growing · $275/mo: up to 15 employees and contractors, quarterly report review.
Established · $450/mo: up to 30 employees and contractors, quarterly reviews, PTO and workers’ comp reports.

Individual Basic · from $125: Form 1040 with W-2, unemployment and interest income, standard deduction, common credits.
Individual Itemized · from $225: everything in Basic, plus itemized deductions, retirement and Social Security income, investments, education and HSA.
Self-Employed · from $350: everything in Itemized, plus one sole-proprietor business or side gig (Schedule C), self-employment tax, home office and vehicle.
Amended Return (1040-X) · from $175: review of the original return, Form 1040-X with the changed schedules, and one state amendment if needed.
Add-ons: additional state returns $75 each; additional schedules or forms $40 each.
Tax preparation services are provided by Rayza Garcia individually, not by Favored Vision Collective.

Essentials · $425/mo: 10 hours a month, replies within 1 business day.
Standard · $800/mo: 20 hours a month, same-day replies, weekly check-in, social post scheduling.
Premium · $1,500/mo: 40 hours a month, priority replies, vendor, travel and event coordination.
No package needed: one-off projects $45/hour; rush or after-hours work $75/hour. Extra hours beyond your package are $50/hour.

Notary service · $10: per notarial act (each signature notarized).
Mobile notary travel · $35: we come to you within our service area.
After-hours notary · $25: appointments outside business hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM–7 PM, Sat 9 AM–5 PM, Sun 2–6 PM).
Lien & waiver releases · $50 each: we prepare, request and track each lien waiver or release.
Document preparation · $40: forms, letters and packets typed from your information (per document).
